Targets

today target is 20mins .. with some muscle pain :(

Target:
1. 20 mins to maintain a long the way.
2. 5 mins per round -> 4 mins per round

As long as you have take your first step to do it ....
Bad result can be improve provided you are maintain your training ... and you are able to achieve your target....

My target now is 4 min per round which is 645 meter.... (an hour only 9675 meter).
next is... 3.75 min per round in order to achieve target 10 km in an hour.
