Failed with only 1 round

Today i only manage to run 1 round. cialat ..how to target?? bakkutteh nice bo?

Targets

today target is 20mins .. with some muscle pain :(

Target:
1. 20 mins to maintain a long the way.
2. 5 mins per round -> 4 mins per round

1st run after long stop

26 nov 2006 - my 1st run after long raining season.
round: 645 meters
run 2 round with 12 mins = 1290 meters .. bad result ..
weather: rainy

Range:12mins as benchmark
1.5km - 1.8km : poor
1.8km - 2.6km: good
>2.6km: excellent

my next target is run 20 mins per session .. if possible 5 mins per round.
