Resume the diet plan for 3 months.
From 96.5kg to 80kg journey.

I relearn all techniques to get diets. This round is entirely different from my weight loss plan before. New plan with new history.

a few techniques that i applied;-
1. Get a good weight scaling that able to measure not only weight but also % body, % of water ,etc.
2. Start up diet with <100Kcal for breaskfast & dinner. Lunch just as usual.
3. Cardio Exercise.

My target is 10kg per month in the first month and 8kg in second month. Straightly follow the plan in 2nd month, 1st month almost finish but i think i just put a try for my techniques and result is exceed my expectation ... BINGO!!!
